Thank you for using the GoodCap Capital CRM application. If you wish to permanently delete your account, please follow the instructions below.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the GoodCap Capital CRM mobile application.
- Login using your registered account.
- Open the Side Menu.
- Click on "Delete My Account".

A confirmation popup will appear asking:
"Are you sure you want to delete your account?" - Click Yes to confirm.
- Your account will be permanently deleted and you will be automatically logged out of the application.
What Happens After Deleting Your Account?
- Your GoodCap Capital CRM account will be permanently deleted.
- Your access to the application will be removed.
- You will no longer be able to log in using the deleted account.
- Your assigned leads and account access will no longer be available after deletion.
Data Retention
Certain business records, audit logs, loan-related records, or information that we are legally required to retain may be preserved for the period required under applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
Important:
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account has been deleted, you will not be able to recover your account or access your CRM data.
