The ₹588 charge should not be represented as a compulsory bank/NBFC fee or as a guarantee of loan approval.
Any separate lender/bank/NBFC charge, if applicable, should be separately disclosed and identified.
Customers should never share OTP, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, card PIN, CVV or internet-banking passwords with any employee or representative.
